This site is run by Víctor García (“I”, “me”), trading as The Soccer Parents Network, based in Spain. By using this site or joining the membership you agree to what follows. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
The Soccer Parents Network is a paid membership giving access to written guides, recorded sessions with specialists, and a private space where you can ask me questions about your child’s soccer.
It is information and general guidance for parents. It is not coaching of your child, not scouting, not representation, and not a placement service with any club, academy or programme.
Nothing here is a promise of any sporting outcome. I cannot and do not guarantee selection for a team, a trial, a scholarship, a college place, a contract or a professional career. Any opinion I give is exactly that — an opinion, based on experience, about a situation you describe to me.
Decisions about your child remain entirely yours. You are responsible for how you use anything you read or hear inside the membership.
Sessions and materials covering nutrition, physical training, injury prevention or psychology are general educational content. They are not medical, nutritional or psychological advice, they are not tailored to your child, and they must not be used as a substitute for a qualified professional.
Speak to a doctor or a qualified practitioner before changing your child’s diet, training load or exercise programme, and stop immediately and seek medical help if anything causes pain or harm.
Membership is personal to you. Please don’t share your login, and don’t copy, record, republish or resell anything from inside the membership.
The private space is used by other parents talking about their own children. Treat it accordingly: no abuse, no harassment, no promoting your own products, and nothing you wouldn’t say to someone’s face. I may remove access, without refund, if that is not respected.
All guides, recordings, written material and other content remain mine or the relevant contributor’s. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use them while you are a member. Anything you post inside the community stays yours, but you allow me to display it there.
I’ll answer questions as promptly as I reasonably can, but this is an asynchronous membership and I don’t promise a response within any fixed time. Content is added over time and I may change, replace or retire material.
The membership runs on Skool, so availability also depends on them. I’m not responsible for their downtime.
To the fullest extent the law allows, my total liability to you in connection with the membership is limited to the amount you paid me in the twelve months before the claim. I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you take about your child’s soccer.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and none of this affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings there.
I may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date, and continuing to use the membership means you accept them.
